That I, Premitivo Ebarbia Gailanan Jr. of legal age and resident of Area 5B, Sitio Cabuyao,
Brgy. Sauyo Rd. Quezon City Manila do hereby appoint Ms. Judy Ann A. Cagadas to be my
true and lawful attorney to do and execute the following act in my name and on my behalf.,
to wit:

1. To process and to sign documentation for Registration of the Business Permit.

2. To process and to sign documentation for Bureau of Revenue (B.I.R) Registration.
3. To process and to sign the plans and documentation for Building Permit and Occupancy
Permit and for Locational Clearance.
4. To process and to sign the Registration of Health Certificate of the Company permit.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING UNTO my said attorney full power and authority
whatsoever requisite or necessary or proper to be done in or about the premises, as fully to all
intents and purposes as I might could lawfully do if personally present with the power of
substitution and revocation, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney or his
substitute shall do cause to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
