Management
The article composed by Ovidiu NICOLESCU from The Bucharest Academy of
Economic Studies, Romania was extracted from “Review of International
Comparative Management” (Volume 10, Issue 1, March 2009). The article is very
detailed with many different and specific human resource management methods.
The author showed us the activities making up the human resources field and the
Methods, Techniques, and Procedures of each activity. There’s also the use of
specific human resource management methods and techniques in the human
resource management subsystem redesign stages in the article. Most of the
important information follows the table structure which is very easy to analyze

Composed by Imre Ungvári-Zrínyi, the article was found in “World Review of
Entrepreneurship, Management and Sust. Development” (Vol. 10, No. 1, 2014). It
shows different aspects of how spiritual motivation affects an organization’s
performance. One of the most interesting sections must be section 4 where the
author talks about “Spirituality as inspiration to go beyond narrow material
interests”. The article also has many APA reference which is very useful and
convincing.
