PTM CIRCULAR
Dear Parents,

PARENT TEACHER MEETING of classes I to XII is scheduled on Saturday i.e August 5, 2023 in the
respective classrooms .

Time schedule for the PTM is as follows:-

CLASS ROLL NO. TIME

1-9 8:30 a.m to 9:10 a.m

10- 18 9:20 a.m to 10:00 a.m

I to XII 19- 27 10:10 a.m to 10:50 a.m

28-36 11:00 a.m to 11:40 a.m

37 onwards 11:50 a.m to 12.30 p.m

Kindly follow the time schedule strictly.

IMPORTANT :

-Students accompanying their parents in Parent Teacher Meeting are required to come in school uniform only .

- Kindly Park your vehicles in the parking area in front of gate nos. 1 & 2, near the Naka Site and parking lot
outside gate No. 3 of Ankur School beyond the white lines and not on the road.
-It is mandatory for either of the Parents to attend the PTM.
NOTE: There will be an exhibition of Maths,Science and Social Science in the MPH of the school where the
students of classes IV to X will display their models /projects .The exhibition will be open for students on
August 4 ,2023 ( Friday) and parents can visit the same on August 5( Saturday) to encourage and appreciate
the efforts of the students. .
-Anyone who wants to meet the Principal has to fix up an appointment for August 7,2023 between 2:00
p.m-3:30 p.m.
