• This is an individual assignment.


• You must use font Calibri size 12, set number of the pages and use multiple line
spacing at 1.5. Margins must be: left: 1.25 cm; right: 1 cm; top: 1 cm and bottom: 1
cm.
• You should use in text references and a list of all cited sources at the end of the essay
by applying Harvard referencing style.
• The recommended word limit is 2500-3000 words (+/-10%), excluding the tables,
graphs, diagrams, appendixes and references. You will not be penalized for
exceeding the total word limit.
• The cover page of the report has to be the Assignment front sheet 2 (to be attached

After analysing leadership and management theories and styles, as a Director, you need to think
about how to optimise organisational performance and ensure continuous improvement. You
have carried out a plan to improve performance management as follows:

1. Produce a motivational strategy for your organisation that supports optimal achievement
of organisational objectives.
The strategy should effectively address intrinsic and extrinsic motivation and all
variables of motivation to enhance organisational performance.
2. Apply to a range of business situations, appropriate leadership and management
approaches for managing performance and continuous improvement.
For further understanding, you should assess how these approaches supports continuous
improvement.

Finally, make recommendations to improve performance management that will ensure


continuous improvement.

A conclusion to summarize all the key findings and analysis must be presented. Plus, you can
