Activity 1

What are your ideas, thoughts, and expectations about PATHFIT 4 group exercise
– YOGA, and also your experience in doing the said activity?

To be honest, when I think about PATHFIT, all I can think about are exercises,
without knowing that PATHFIT has a lot of different and unique activities involved, for
example “yoga” who would think of yoga to be part of PATHFIT 4 especially seniors on
our and other department said PATHFIT 4 will involve sports. When I think about yoga,
at first glance I can tell that yoga is a way of relaxing as well as meditating.

During this course, I expect that yoga to be fun, full of surprises and peace. My
expectation on PATHFIT 4 is that, like other PATHFIT course, I expect that this
semester’s PATHFIT would go easy on us. As well as for our professor, please help us
to have the knowledge we deserve and please go easy on us.

My experience of doing the said activity (yoga) is that it’s a bit challenging, for
me, yoga is more on flexibilities and I’m not that flexible. But, the poses earlier are just
easy poses, the difficulty will increase as we venture the course. Upon doing the activity
earlier, I realized doing yoga is not that bad after all, it also has its own benefits.
Nevertheless, yoga will now be a part of my college journey, so I need to practice and
do yoga to perfect the poses needed to be perfect.
