LASSI

serves 6

INGREDIENTS: Tbsp : Tablespoon Tsp : Teaspoon

3 cups Ripe mangoes chopped


1,5 cup Yoghurt thick
1 cup H-milk (whole fat)
3-5 tbsp Sugar ( adjust to taste)
2 tsp Cardamom powder

You can use crushed ice cubes in the glasses before pouring
the lassi into it

DIRECTIONS:

● In the blender add the mangoes. Blend it nicely.

● Add the yoghurt and the milk and blend it.

● Add sugar slowly to check the sweetness. You might require less sugar if the
mangoes are sweet.

● If you like ice cubes add ice cubes in the empty glass. Then pour the mango
lassi into glasses and then sprinkle the cardamom powder .
