69 Ms. Lara Zaphire Kristy N. Bermejo, the presiding officer called the meeting to order at 11:00 o’clock in the
70 morning. She requested the secretary to do the roll call to determine quorum. The secretary informed the body that 11
71 officers out of 16 officers are present. Thus, she attested of a quorum. There having a quorum, the Presiding Officer
72 declared the meeting to order.

76 Ms. Bermejo presented the minutes for adoption. Mr. Leo A. Planas moved for the adoption of the minutes
77 duly seconded by Ms. Janet T. Tanhueco. There being no objection, the motion was carried and approved.

82 Mr. Edwin A. Palero and Mr. Leo A. Planas expressed that they have no report to submit yet but they already
83 a copy of the By-Laws and are reviewing it.

86 After the presentation of the two (2) Insurance providers before the Business Proper, Mr. Ruden B. Gomez
87 raised a motion that that the CHRMP Region XI shall avail the offer of the Fortune Life Insurance and
88 unanimously approved. There being no objection, the motion was carried and approved.

124 participant to be held in Dagat ni Baste, Pantukan, Davao de Oro. The maximum number of participants is

156 Davao del Norte relative to the Mental Health Programs. The activities include the
157 Psychological First Aid, Stress Management, Life Integration, among the few.

176 e. Drug Free Workplace Matters
177 Mr. Palero stated that those employees who violated the provisions of the Drug- free workplace
178 and who are resident of other LGUs must be referred to their respective LGUs. There is a
179 proposal to discuss this subject matter thoroughly among the HRs of other LGUs and their Local
180 Chief Executives.

182 f. Ms. Claridad requested all CHRMP Provincial Councils to submit their list of
183 new officers and updated members for documentation and records-keeping purposes.

186 It was unanimously agreed upon to appoint Ms. Krishen Joy L. Pudao for the
187 position of Asst. Secretary of the CHRMP Region XI.
