GUIDE

For the teacher: Advise the students to read the reading and discussion portion before they will
attempt to answer the exercises. Encourage them to go through the parts sequentially for them to
understand the lesson easily.

For the learner: Read through the self-learning home task from the first part to the last part for
better understanding of the lesson. Observe safety measures for instances that exercises/activities
require physical executions.

For the parent/home tutor: Assist your child and make sure that he/she reads the self-learning
home task from the beginning to the end to ensure that the lesson is properly understood.
Supervise your child for any physical executions that are included in the performance-based
activity.
