We are glad to inform you, this year we will be celebrating Millets Mela, in the month of December in a
grandeur way. In relevance with this event various activities like - Seed ball making, Poster making, Slogan
writing, LOGO designing, Relative theme framing, Poem writing, etc. have been planned for students of all
grades.
1) Seed Ball activity - Student has to contribute 10 seed balls each as per the grades given below:
Classes Category of seeds to be used in making of the seed balls

KG - 2 Seeds of Flowering plant

3 to 5 Seeds of Fruits

6 to 8 Seeds of Vegetable plants

9 to 12 Seeds of trees
The process of preparing the seed balls is given in the next page.

2) Theme-related activity - Students according to their grades need to submit the below-mentioned
tasks:
Classes Related to Millets Procedure of submission

4 to 5 Slogan writing In a full-size chart

6 to 8 Poem writing and Drawing A4 colour sheet

9 to 10 LOGO designing A4 colour sheet

11 to 12 Poster making In a full-size chart

3) The school e-magazine will be released in the month of February 2024, all the students of classes 4-
12 should contribute articles like Poem, Posters, Sketches, Puzzles, Comic strips, Slogans, Drawings,
and Riddles on any topic of your interest. The best articles will be published in our school e-
magazine.
