HIGHLIGHTS OF THE MEETING :

Annual fest Naturaleza'24 of Bhoomi: The Eco Club is on

22 & 23 April
Additional information other than fest -

Pluc.Tv requires 5 members from our society which

work for Delhi pollution ( members from social media
and Tech. Team ) .

Fest Highlights

1.) Event - (should be creative and not repetitive ie

; 2 . 0 and 3 . 0 version of old events) .

2.) Promotion Work - (Countdown post , feature

stories , etc )
You have to give your 2 0 0 %
Share poster with registration links as well
Post reels and posters on your stories

3.) Marketing Work - ( make stall conversions it

will help in financing the fest )
4.) Decoration work (most important)

A) For event department and project heads , make sure

members from projects and different departments
especially from project will come and willing to contribute
B) Decoration should be finished till 18 April
C) Decor members should come on Alternative day who
devotes 2 or more hours a day
D) A little bit time of yours wouldn't affect you too much
but can be so much valuable to society.

5.) We award our best members on annual fest .

Important Point
Attendance: Make sure you maintain your attendance of
66.67% to sit for exams . Society may not help you by
providing attendance benifit if you didn't work for society.
