Relative thereto, a Pre-bid Conference and inspection/viewing of the said


unserviceable properties will be conducted on April 25, 2022 at 10:30 am at the 2nd floor.
Training Room No. 1 of COA RO No. IV-B, Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City, which
shall be open to all prospective bidders. Opening of Bids shall be held on the following day,
April 26, same time and venue.

Prospective bidders are required to submit pertinent requirements to the Appraisal and
Disposal Committee (ADC) in two (2) envelopes, as follows:
a. 1st envelope containing eligibility requirements, including:
a. Mayor’s or Business Permit and License to operate;
b. Registration Certificate from the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and;
c. BIR Tax Clearance;
d. Authorization Letter for Authorized Representative and a photocopy of any
government issued ID (both for the bidder and the representative)

b. 2'Dd envelope containing financial bid, including:


a Sealed bid offers (per lot) and;
b. Bidder’s bond equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the Floor price in the form of
cash, cashier’s or manager’s check, issued by an acceptable commercial bank in
favor of the Commission on Audit Regional Office No. IV-B, which shall be
returned to the non-winning bidders right after the award.

This Office reserves the right to reject any or all bids thereof, waive any informality
found therein or accept such bids or to award to any interested party/bidder whose bid is
considered most advantageous to this Region and/or the government.
