As per latest guideline issued by Govt. of India, 50% of the stipend to apprentices (PDPT/PGPT
engaged through NATS portal) will be paid by MCL and 50% share will be paid by Govt. of India
through NATS portal under DBT System. No reimbursement will be allowed.
Following precaution and action are to be ensured for smooth release of 50% share by Govt. of India
through DBT system.

I.Bank Account details: Account Number & IFSC Code.

2.Mapping of Aadhar Number with Bank Account (Account should be Aadhar Enabled).
Apprentices may be contacted for ensuring above details.
3. Timely submission of Monthly attendance on or before 3rd of every month to HRD
Department positively.
4. All PDPT/PGPT Apprentices may be informed regarding payment system through DBT.

All the Area General Manager are requested to issue necessary instruction to Nodal
Officer/Dealing Staff to ensure proper verification of Aadhar enabled Bank Account Details in their
record so that timely release of 50% share is ensured.
