Subject: Complaint Against Real Estate Agent Mr. Shishupal Singh, Registration Number 340/HRA

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious matter involving a registered real estate agent, Mr.
Shishupal Singh, bearing registration number 340/HRA. I would like to lodge a formal complaint against
him for his unethical and illegal activities that have not only violated my rights but also pose a threat to
the reputation of your esteemed office.

Mr. Shishupal Singh, residing in Mahadev Colony, Block -2, Surujpur, Panchkula, Haryana, has been
involved in the theft of copies of my important property documents. I purchased the said property with
his assistance approximately 10 years ago. Regrettably, he has resorted to extortion by threatening to
make these documents public unless I comply with his unlawful demands.

Furthermore, Mr. Shishupal Singh has unlawfully occupied my house in Panchkula without paying any
rent. This behavior is not only a blatant violation of property rights but also raises serious concerns about
his credibility as a real estate agent. As a property consultant, he should be upholding the highest ethical
standards and ensuring the well-being of his clients, rather than engaging in such deceptive and illegal
activities.

It is disheartening to note that Mr. Shishupal Singh holds a registration certificate issued by your office,
which leads us to believe that he is a legitimate and trustworthy real estate agent. However, his actions
not only harm individuals like myself but also tarnish the reputation of your office by association.

I kindly request your intervention in this matter to investigate Mr. Shishupal Singh's activities and take
appropriate actions to stop his fraudulent practices. By doing so, you will not only protect the rights of
individuals but also safeguard the reputation of your office and maintain the trust that the public places
in registered real estate agents.

I am willing to provide any additional information or evidence that may assist in the investigation of this
complaint. I trust that your office will take prompt and decisive action to address this issue and prevent
others from falling victim to the deceptive practices of Mr. Shishupal Singh.
