My Autobiography

My name is Alshaima E. Nok, few people can't pronounce my name very well so I'll just say my
nickname, Emma. I live in a beautiful community of Salman in municipality of Ampatuan, My age is 17
years old, I was born on November 19th in 2006, I am currently studying at Esperanza National High
school, Grade 11 HUMSS Balagtas is my section. I must say life as a student has been an exciting and fun
journey for me so far. Although I experience triumphs and challenges which help me shaped in to the
person I am today. And I have a dream to become a successful person to help my parents, build my own
house and find my happiness.

There's a thing I like and don't like, I like to hang out with my friends, I like to read a lot of stories
especially if the genreis fantasy, because sometimes I want to escape from reality, I love to bond with
my siblings. Everytime we bond I always tell a joke to them, I am happy to watch them laugh it melts my
heart. Another things that I like is to draw, even though my skills are not that good, but I really love to
draw. And if I will given a opportunity, I want to learn some knowledge about art and some drawing
techniques so that I can enhance and improve my skills. The things I don't like are to those people who
tell lies, Another things I don't like is durian, for me it's taste horrible, there's a time I was curiousabout
it's taste and when I taste it suddenly I felt dizzy after that I promise to myself I will never eat durian.

My life was simple, we can eat three times a day and sleep in a compostable bed, but we also
experience being nothing and struggle due to financial problem. There's a time I was instructed by my
mother to borrow same rice to our neighbors. Through out the years I encountered a lot of obstacles,
but I remain steadfast so are my family with positive outlook.
