Note:
a) Painting of AG & UG piping will be paid separately
b) AG piping shall also be suitably supported on the CC pedestals
as per designed spacing etc., & the same will be paid separately.
c) Excavation & civil works for UG piping will be paid separately.

SPRAY PAINTING SYSTEM only.
i. Surface Preparation as per SA 2½
ii Primer : P1-Inorganic Zinc Ethyl Silicate: Single Coat: DFT-65-75µ
iii. Intermediate Coat : U1-Polyamide cured HB Epoxy MIO : Single
Coat: DFT-100-125µ
iv. Finish Coat : F1-Two Pack Acrylic Poly-Urethane(PU) : Single
Coat: DFT-40-50µ
Total Min DFT 215µ
b) UG Painting Specification: Application for External/ Internal
painting for all product tanks shall be carried out by means of
AIRLESS SPRAY PAINTING SYSTEM only.

ii. Primer : P1 - Inorganic Zince Ethyl Silicate : Single Coats: DFT-65-
75µ per coat
iii. Finish Coat : F3 - Amine adduct Cured HB Epoxy Liner : Two
