TASK SHEET No.

Title: Crepes

Performance Objective: Given the tools, you should be able to prepare


Crepes by following the standard recipe and
enterprise practices.

Supplies/Materials:

1 cup all-purpose flour


2 eggs
½ cup milk
½ cup water
¼ tsp salt
2 Tbsp butter (melted)
3 Tbsp sugar (optional)
Toppings/fillings:
Mango or Banana
Chocolate Spread or Chocolate Bars (any type) or Jam
Whipping Cream (optional)

Equipment : Oven

Steps/Procedure:

1. Sift together flour and salt.


2. Add in the milk and water while whisking.
3. Add the eggs one at a time while continuously mixing. Then add
the melted butter.
4. Pour ¼ cup of the mixture on a hot non-stick pan and spread it
evenly.
5. Cook until underside of crepe is golden brown.
6. Add the fillings before folding it into half.
7. Add the toppings and serve it hot.
