Forex Trader - Associate

Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to join our forex trading team as an
Associate. You will be responsible for conducting market research, identifying trading opportunities, and
executing trades on a real account while adhering to strict risk management guidelines.

Responsibilities:

 Conduct thorough market research using fundamental and technical analysis techniques.
 Identify high-probability trading opportunities based on your analysis and market understanding.
 Develop and present detailed trade recommendations, clearly outlining your rationale and risk-
reward potential.
 Execute trades on a real account, strictly following defined risk management parameters such as
position sizing and stop-loss orders.
 Monitor open positions and adjust them as needed based on market conditions and risk
management strategies.
 Maintain accurate and detailed trading records, including trade logs and performance reports.
 Continuously learn and stay updated on market trends, new trading strategies, and regulatory
changes.
 Work collaboratively with Senior Associates and the Manager to achieve team goals.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred)

 Strong understanding of fundamental and technical analysis principles
 Experience with forex trading platforms and market data analysis tools (preferred)
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
 Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively under pressure
 Excellent communication and collaboration skills
 Passion for financial markets and a strong work ethic
