MEMORANDUM

FOR : Mayao Crossing Triskelions

SUBJECT : Collection of Funds
DATE : October 7, 2022

1. Reference: By-Laws of Mayao Crossing Community-based Chapter 2022.

2. This pertains to the collection of funds to all residents of Mayao Crossing

Chapter.

3. In this regard, all residents are obliged to pay the dues/fees set by its lawful
authorities and be collected by the Master Keeper of the Chest with the
following guidelines.
a. Php 25.00 per week; or
b. Php 100.00 per month; or
c. Php 1000.00 per year shall be collected for each resident.

4. Further, funds shall be distributed into following:

a. Revolving Funds - 40%;
b. Programs and Project funds - 40%; and
c. Emergency funds - 20%

5. The MKC shall keep records of the collections and report the status of Chapter
funds every Chapter Meeting.

6. Disciplinary Action will be given to the
collection of funds:
a. 1 week to 1 month unpaid funds
b. 1 to 3 months unpaid funds
c. 3 to 6 months unpaid funds
d. 6 months to 1 year unpaid funds
e. More than 1 year unpaid funds
Triskelion that will not comply to the
- Verbal Warning
- 1 Disciplinary Paddle
- 3 Disciplinary Paddle
- 6 Disciplinary Paddle
- Subject for suspension
