“A RESOLUTION CONCURING THE APPOINTMENT OF BARANGAY HEALTH
WORKERS IN BARANGAY UNION, GAMU, ISABELA”

WHEREAS, Article ll Section 15 of the 1987 Philippine Constitution provide that the state shall
protect and promote the right to health of the people and instil health consciousness among them:

WHEREAS, Republic Act No. 7305 or the Magna Carta of Public Health Workers provides that the
state shall instil consciousness among our people to effectively carry out the health programs and
projects to the Governments essential for growth and health of the nation,

WHEREAS, RA 7160 or the Local Government Code of 1991 devolves to Local Government units, the
delivery of basics services including health and nutrition,

NOW THEREFORE, the Barangay Council of Barangay Union hereby occurs the appointment of the
following Barangay Health Workers:
1. Marierose A. Asuncion
2. Alona B. Domingo
3. Menchie S. Paningbatan
