INTERSHIP DIARY

Title of position: Telesales

Week 2: 24thh October – 30th October.

Activities during the week:

1. Participate in student activities at universities in the inner city.
2. Get businesses to agree to open accounts and support to open credit cards in person..
Theoretical knowledge acquired:
1. Become familiar with the procedures and documents related to opening all kinds of
accounts such as business, student, credit.

Practical skills obtained:

1. Basic banking skills.
2. Support colleagues to complete documents and submit to the director to sign
and confirm the opening of accounts.
3. Learn the basics of looking up customer information using ACB's application.

Conclusions, notes and comments:

1. The intern should familiarize themselves with the basic work.
2. Identify work-related documents.
