A. Develop An EFE Matrix For Your College (20 points)
➢ Conduct an external audit for your school.
➢ List 5 to 10 opportunities and threats that face your institution.
➢ Write a summary of your findings.

B. Develop a Competitive Profile Matrix for Mabalacat City College (20 points)
➢ Identify competitor’s performance and strategies (City College of Angeles and City
College of San Fernando)
➢ Evaluate the competitive position of Mabalacat City College in a given industry
(CCA and CSF) and assimilate the information in the form of Competitive Profile
Matrix
➢ Prepare a Competitive Profile Matrix that includes MCC and the two competing
institutions (CCA and CSF)
➢ Include at least the following 10 factors in your analysis
a. Tuition costs
b. Quality of faculty
c. Academic reputation
d. Average class size
e. Campus landscaping
f. Athletic programs
