 Write a summary of your findings.

EFE analysis is essential for setting goals and objectives and overcoming challenges brought
on by external factors in any kind of business or organization. This study demonstrates the
significance of how opportunities and threats may aid a company such as Mabalacat City
College in formulating strategies and making advancements so that it can better serve the
needs of its staff and students. The calculated EFE matrix resulted in a value of 4.74,
suggesting that Mabalacat City College can adjust to external factors better than average. The
fundraising effort that MCC makes to find donors to pay for the expansion of school
infrastructure and equipment is one of its most successful projects.
Some policies, including improving equipment and infrastructure for dealing with bad
weather, like giving schools adequate ventilation, can significantly lower the risk to MCC.
Additional advantages include the school's easily accessible location for locals, its open
admissions policy, the variety of bachelor's degree options available, and, last but not least,
the inclusion it affords to both students and professors. However, Mabalacat City College
faces threats from a growing number of institutions, a shortage of full-time professors,
restricted incentives and bonuses for faculty, and concerns about student safety.
