Set the Ferrite Core on the position shown below.
1). Remove the Upper Housing Assy. (P.78)
2). Remove the Panel Housing Front. (P.79)
3). Remove the Panel Assy. (P.80) Image after installation
4). Remove the Panel Lower Front Cover. (P.81)
5). Remove the Right Upper Front Cover. (P.82) Ferrite Core
6). Remove the Stacker Assy. (P.77) CSIC Board Cover
7). Remove the Cassette Assy. (P.203)
8). Remove the Front Cover Microswitch. (P.82)
9). Remove the Front Housing. (P.84)
10). Remove the Middle Housing. (P.86)
2. Disconnect the FFC from the connector of the CSIC Board. 4. Disconnect the FFC from the four connectors of the CSIC Board.
3. Disengage the six hooks, and CSIC Board Cover. 5. Remove the four screws (S11), and remove the CSIC Board.

5. Pull out the CR Scale from the slit of the CR Unit.
When installing the CR Scale, make sure to install it by reverse
procedure of the disassembly.

7. Disconnect the FFC from the connector of the CR Encoder Sensor. 11. Slide the Head FFC Assy in the direction of the arrow, and remove the Head FFC

Don’t remove the Ink Tube when the print head is removed.
9. Disconnect the four Head FFC from the connector of the Printhead.
12. Disengage the hook, slide the Upper Supply Tube Holder in the direction of the 2.3.7.6 CR Motor
