The provided pie charts illustrate an analogy between different varieties of
energy manufacture in France in 1995 and 2005. In general, it is apparent that
coal and gas are the two most popular types of energy in both surveyed years. Additionally, whilst there was an upward trend in the production of most energy kinds, Petre saw a marked decline in generation. A closer look into the chart reveals that 2009 witnessed a predominant energy production rate in Coal, comprising 29.80% of the total energy manufactured. In comparison, it can be noticed that Gas and Petro production was being exceeded by a narrow margin, taking up 29.63% and 29.27% of the year’s entire energy manufacture. Conversely, Nuclear and other types of energy saw poor production proportion, making up about one-tenth of the surveyed chart when combined. Regarding the second chart, it is noticeable that there was a substantial decline in the manufacture of Petro, covering up nearly 20 percent of the surveyed chart and being lower than that of 1995 by 10 percent. On the other hand, Gas and Coal witnessed a minimal rise in production, accounting for 30.31% and 30.93% of the total energy production rate. In addition, the production of Nuclear and other kinds of energy was observed to have a marked increase, being less than that of Gas and Coal threefold.
