Would you rather take a gap year in China or the USA?
| would rather take a gap year in the USA because it has higher paid jobs than China
with the minimum wage of $7.25 an hour, whereas in China it is 13.3 yuan (U.S $2.06)
an hour which is an immense difference. The USA might also have more jobs available
due to China's massive population
The second reason why | would take a gap year in the USA over China is that | can
communicate with the American people because English is my main language, and |
don't know any mandarin or Chinese. | also understand and know American culture and
barely know anything about the people of China and what they celebrate.
Lastly, | would take a gap year in the USA over China because of the amount of
beautiful landmarks the US has some examples being Niagara Falls (the largest
waterfall in the world), the Grand Canyon and the white house and that's just to name a
few there are many others. While China has quite the number of landmarks not many of
them can compare to what the USA has in terms of beauty and especially popularity.
