I. Vision Statement:

To create a reliable, efficient, and sustainable public transportation system in


Metro Manila that provides seamless mobility and enhances the quality of life for its
residents.

II. Mission Statement:

Our mission is to collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement


innovative solutions aimed at improving public transportation in Metro Manila.
Through strategic investments, policy reforms, and community engagement, we
strive to create a transit network that is safe, efficient, and inclusive.

Objective: Upgrade outdated vehicles with modern, fuel-efficient models.
