I am writing to you because the service fell short of my
expectations.
Last Saturday me and my friends came to your
restaurant. We reviewed the menu and chose a few positions that interested us the most, such as Haggis, Crab cakes which is your national dishes and nowhere else is it served so well. The waiter told us that several people had already ordered before us, so we thought we would have to wait a bit longer. Unexpectedly, after a few minutes of waiting, we got our orders. We were really shocked but also extremely pleased as we were starving. We took them and quickly returned to our hostel. When we arrived we were very disappointed. After opening the plastic bags, we realised that the waiters had mixed up the orders. We received fish and chips, fish soup and fried meat with puree instead of our traditional dishes. I immediately called to your restaurant to describe the whole situation but no one answered. However, after several tries, I managed. I told them about the situation and they said they could not do anything about it and apologised to us. We decided to eat it because we were so hungry and especially we did not want to waste food.
Due to this inconvenience I consider that our money
should be refunded. Furthermore, I expect that we receive our previous order for free.
