Title: Summer Internship: Client Acquisition Associate / HR Internship

Location: Talent Destination, B - Block, Noida Sector 63, Talent Destination


Duration: 8 Weeks (Can be extended basis availability and performance)
Stipend: 8-10 K / Month + Certificate
Schedule: 5 Days / Week, 09:30 to 18:00 (Work from Office)

Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through various channels including digital media, social sites, cold
calling, mass emails and In-person meetings etc.
• Identify potential clients and initiate communication to understand their needs
according to our services in HR Solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to facilitate conversion
into successful clients for the company.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
for New Client Acquisition.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a degree in HR / Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Prior experience / Knowledge in Staffing or Client Acquisition is a plus, but not
mandatory.

Note: This internship offers valuable hands-on experience in client acquisition within the
HR solutions industry. Candidates will receive guidance and mentorship from experienced
professionals throughout the internship period.
