It is our pleasure to formally confirm our offer to you to join Netcom Learning India Private Limited, as Lead Development
Representative.

We expect you to assume charge and join us on or before 11 Mar, 2024.

Enclosed is the Annexure on CTC break-up being offered to you. Do note that this Offer will elapse on 26 Feb, 2024. Therefore, do
confirm your acceptance before the expiry date of the offer.

Upon receipt of your offer acceptance, your appointment agreement illustrating the terms of the appointment will be sent to you on your
personal email ID for accepting using DocuSign link on the mail.

This offer is for work from home (WFH) opportunity with NetCom and as per our WFH policy guidelines, staff must arrange the internet
connection with a minimum speed of 20 mbps and power back-up before the date of joining at your own cost, to be enabled and be
productive from day one while working from home.

Also, as a new hire, you are recommended not to take any leave for the first 2 weeks to be able to gain the most from the induction training
that you are expected to participate in during the initial period of your association at NetCom.

Further, please be informed that at NetCom appraisal reviews are done annually. Depending on the time of year one joins, they are aligned
to the annual appraisal process as follows-

• Joiners of January to June months have their first annual appraisal in next year's January appraisal cycle
• Joiners of July to December months have their first annual appraisal in next year's July appraisal cycle

• Mediclaim coverage of 5 lakhs for self, spouse and upto 2 dependent children. Opt-in available for Parental and additional children
coverage at additional cost to employee.
