Westmoreland Transportation Inc. is a growing transportation company to one of Leamington’s largest grower,
importer, exporter and packer of fresh greenhouse produce!

To support our continued growth, we are hiring AZ Company Drivers for Canada/USA Singles and Teams.

At Westmoreland Transportation Inc, we understand that every Driver is looking for a work/life balance. Our
Transportation and Logistics team works directly with all Drivers to ensure they get their needed home time and
still get the miles they need to bring home their weekly pay cheque.

We offer:

• New & clean late model equipment …. Freightliner Cascadias, that are regularly maintained locally and
managed in house …. all with the purpose of keeping our Drivers safe and rolling.
• Year around work with Weekly pays between $1,800 to $2,400 (based on Hours of Service-HOS) …
**Up to $3000 for West Coast loads**

We also offer:

• In-house, 90-day probationary period that is designed to help new drivers get behind the wheel and start
their career
• This program is not just used for new drivers to our company, but also for drivers who need support and
training with border-crossings, pre-trip inspections, long haul into the USA, and Hours of Service
regulations. Our team is ready to support you; whatever your needs.

Our Comprehensive Pay Package include;

• Base pay rate per run – paid weekly by Direct Deposit

• Extended health and dental benefits – Included after 3 months employment
• Additional Drops - $50
• Rejection Pay - $25
• Reload Pay - $100 or 15% of freight plus $0.15/loaded mile (whichever is greater)
• Layovers - $150
• Wait Time Pay - $75 for first 3hrs past appt. time – then $15/hr (capped at 8 hours max. - $150)
• Weekend Premium (Saturday & Sunday deliveries) - $150
• Statutory Holiday Pay
