STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE FOR THE

TOLON TRD23 DRYER

START OF DAY INSTRUCTIONS

 If it's the first run of the day, then turn the power switch on from the “O” position to the
“I” position which has been turned off in the previous day to power on the machine.
 When the machine is in WAIT mode, proceed as follows:
1. Select the required programme P1, P2 or P3 by short pressing the key P1, P2 o P3. The
values saved for temperature and time in the programme will be loaded.
2. Press START/STOP to start the drying cycle.

To start/stop a drying cycle, press the START/STOP key.

At the end of the drying cycle, the gradual cooling of the drum starts (Cool-down). By default,
this lasts 5 minutes. The Cool-down time can be configured in the menu.
At the end of the cycle, the dryer stops, and a buzzing sound is heard. If the door in not opened
in the next 3 minutes, the anti-crease cycle will start. This can be cancelled at any moment by
opening the door. The anti-crease cycle can be switched off in the menu.

END OF DAY INSTRUCTIONS

 Power should be turned off at the end of the day.
 Turn the power switch from position “I” to position “O”. The power switch is placed on
the back of the machine and marked with the “Power Switch” sticker.
