One of the global issues and challenges that societies face today is deforestation.

A large number of trees

have been cut down .It is disappointing to know that a lot of trees have been destroyed due to demand of
supplies of human.I strongly believe that trees are one of the most important sources of life.It provides
oxygen and food. However,we should also be sensitive of what is happening around the environment most
specially in the ecological environment. The way we see it,humans abuse what trees can provide us to the
point that we do not practice forest protection. The ecological environment is mainly being sacrificed for
money or profit of the generation today. The loss of trees may cause a lot of negative effects such as
climate change, flooding, and struggle for the indigenous people. As an individual and a student, the best
way to address this issue is to be more aware of how it can cause the surroundings and its main
effects, may it be harmful or not.

I have read an article about climate change recently. The author enumerated many factors, which
influence climate change and stated that anthropogenic factors are the most harmful one.In my opinion
the author was right, because human actions are very harmful for the natural environment.Climate change
is not just about the result of volcanic eruptions and greenhouse effect. It is caused by people and their
carelessness.I believe that it is possible to solve all environmental issues easily. They build a
factory, which pollutes water and air and consume this polluted water and breathe in the contaminated air
eagerly.People have got used to pollution, production of wastes, deforestation and extinction of biological
species.I guess this problem is closely connected with globalization and big business.Everybody knows
that money is the most important thing in the world. It is impossible to survive without money. No
wonder, the absolute number of people believe that moneyt is more important tham trees, animals, air and
water. As you see climate change is a very relevant and serious problem, which requires effective
solutions.I guess that people should start thinking about the natural environment and reduce their
devastating effect on the planet until it is too late.

One of our era’s greatest scourges is air pollution, not only of its impact on climate change but also it’s
impact on public and individual health due to increasing morbidity and mortality. There are many
pollutants that are major factors in disease humans.Among them, particulate matter(PM),particles of
variable but very small diameter, penetrate the respiratory system via inhalation, causing respiratory
system and cardiovascular diseases, reproductive and central nervous system dysfunctions, and
cancer.Despite the fact that ozone in the stratosphere plays a protective role against the ultraviolet
irradiation,it is harmful when in high concentration at ground level, also affecting the respiratory and
cardiovascular system.Furthermore,nitrogen oxide,sulfur dioxide,Volatile Organic Compounds
(VOCs),dioxins, and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) are all considered air pollutants that are
harmful to humans. Carbon Monoxide can even provoke direct poisoning when breathe it at high
levels.Heavy metals such as lead, when absorbed into the humnan body, can lead to direct poisoning or
chronic intoxication, depending on exposure.Diseases occurring from the aforementioned substances
include principally respiratory problems such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease
(COPD),asthma, bronchiolitis, and also lung cancer ,cardiovascular events, central nervous system
dysfunctions, and cutaneous disease.Last but not least, climate change resulting from environmental
pollution affects the geographical distribution of many infectious diseases,as do natural disasters. The
only way to tackle this problem is through public awareness coupled with a multidisciplinary approach
by scientific experts;national and international organizations must address the emergence of this threat
and propose sustainable solutions.
