This study aim to determine the Challenges Faced by Jeepney Drivers in

Transitioning to Modernized System..

This study was designed more specifically to seek answers to the following

questions:

1. What are the lived experiences of the Jeepney drivers on the Jeepney

Transitioning to Modernized System?

2. What are the factors that affect the drivers during the modernization process?

3. How do these factors contribute to the Jeepney Transitioning to Modernized

System?

4. How do the respondents cope with the challenges faced in the Jeepney

Transitioning to Modernized System?

5. What intervention programs or seminars can be formulated to address the

challenges faced by jeepney drivers during the modernization process?

6. What management implications can be drawn on the findings of the study?
