The teacher will ask and recall the learners about the previous topic.
c.) Motivation
Students will arrange the scrambled words that associate the word
ACADEMIC.
Direction: The student will be divided into two groups and select one
representative in each word to arrange the letters.

The teacher will present an example of academic writing, and the teacher
will ask a few questions about the presentation.

The purpose of academic writing is to explain some idea or research
finding and to persuade readers that your explanation or theory is the
correct one. In doing so, you may need to describe an object, place, or
activity. Good academic achievement allows students to enhance and
develop essential skills required for a successful life. Students get to
develop important life skills such as leadership, time management,
effective communication, logical thinking, problem-solving, and many
more.
