Dear Sir/Madam,

A HAT Frisbee Tournament is scheduled for September on Canigao Island in

Matalom, Leyte. And our municipality has a lot of skilled players that are eager to play and
represent our community, that is why we formed a frisbee team made up of young people
from our community. And, because the majority of our players are still in school, it's difficult
for us to afford our own team shirt to properly represent our beloved community.
In this regard, We respectfully request a financial assistance in supporting our Frisbee
team's uniform in this competition.. These would be extremely beneficial to the squad in
achieving their objective of winning while also easing the financial strain.
