The field study was started on September 18, 2023,

in the afternoon Mr.Edwardo Quidta welcomed us

together with our Field Study Supervisor and the
Department Head. Mr. Quidta talk to us about the
rules and the rotation of class every week.
September 19, 2023 was our second day at Ramon Torres
Dulao National High School, this was the 1st day of my practice
teaching. I was briefed by my resource teacher Ms. Cherry
Ann Soberano about what I would do, how I would teach, and
what I would teach. After that, I asked few questions with
regards to practice teaching, student strategies. She also showed
me her class record, attendance sheet, daily lesson plan log, and
grade list. She toured me around the grade 8 classrooms and
tells me some important things about handling students. And the
second day she gives a group activity that talks about 'J the"
Sinaunang Kabihasnan". She groups the class in the 5 group
with 5 members. The students have 25 minutes to finish their
tasks and 15 minutes formthere reporting. The group was done
in reporting. Ms. Soberano gave them 20 points in their
performance. The second day of my practice teaching, she as
nov around because of the meeting. She instru give to the
students an activity. The activity that s gave was all about the
Catal Huyuk.
 week 2

The second week on September 25-28, 2023, my resources

teacher was Mr. Quidta he introduces me to his class after

he introduced me, he was starting the discussion. Sir,

Quidta was handling a grade 9 and grade 8 students. The

first period ofSir, Quita was the grade 9 He discussed about

the "Demand". While he discussed the demand the student's

paying attention to him. He ask one students to answer her

question the question was for what is the demand? ( The

students answer demand an economic concept that relates

to a consumer's desire to purchase goods and services and

willingness to pay a specific price for them). Vet} good he

continues the discussion. Mr. Quidta was very encouraging

teacher; he encourages the students to study however also

in the extracurricular activities. He performs her all the

responsibilities very well He takes care ofthe cleanliness

and greenery in 'the school campus. He looks serious as he -

has a smiling face. Sir. Quidta keep the students happy in

the school like her own siblings. He takes care of all the

arrangement in the school during any event celebration or

competitions organized in the school. He talks to all the

students very politely and knows well handle my difficult

situation.
 Week 3 my resource teacher was Ms. Agonace she was
handling grade 10 and grade 7. The first period was grade 10.
She takes the attendance and follows very easy and effective
teaching strategies to teach the students. I like the way she
teaches the students do not need to study that subject at
home again. She became very clear about the topic she
teaches in the classroom. After clearing the concept of topic,
she gives some exercises in the class and homework for the
home. Next day, she asks questions related to the yesterday
topic and then start another topic. Despite the subjects, she
teaches good ethics and etiquette also to make us strong by
character. She is very friendly of her students and never makes
the students have a fear for her. She asks any question related
to the subject. The third day Ms.
Agonace have a activity students need to group themselves
, . into 5 and have a member of 6. While teaching in the class
and punishes the naughty ones. She tells the students to
concentrate on the study and always follow things what the
teacher says in the class if you really want to success in life.
She never makes partiality between weak and brilliant
students in class. Ms. Agonace supports a lot to her weaE
students and requests to brilliant students also to hel .ih
Weak classmate. She tells me that if you became a teacher
you need to passionate about your study and aim of the •fe.
In my week 4 my resource teacher was Mr. Negare the first day was Mr.
Negare ask me to check the attendance of his student because they
practice for their performance in intramurals. Intramurals is the significant

event in student's life. Every year, the school of Ramon Torres Dulao
National High
School It's annual intramurals in which all the students were grouped by their
grade level. Each grade level will have representative in each sporting events.
This yearly activity is exciting for the students because they will have a break
on studying focus on sports even just for 3 days. This year, the intramurals was
held on October 10,11 , 12. When the day of intramuralS came the students
and faculty of school gather at the cover court for the opening program. The
first activity was the mass dance the first to perform was grade 7 followed by
the grade 8, grade 9, grade 10, and senior high. The second day of intramurals
was truly good. The students were enjoyed some events and activities. As I
observed be open to all types of personalities which is the grade level were
consist of different levels. Especially, in sports activities, an Intramurals team
can be made up of friends but other times a team can accept people of
different age groups and background. Some players can get very emotional or
frustrated when things get worse. Some people may be shy and soft-spoken,
and others may be self-assertive. Being on an Intramurals team teaches you
must deal with clashing behaviors and apply teamwork. During the second
day of event, in some sports, I observe the players was so very competitive
they did not want to get lost or defeat. But there are only a few rules to
follow.
There's no point in cheating your way to the top and hurts some players for
you to be on top. Your actions do not affect you, but also to your teammates.
All I can say, think smart, play smart, win smart so that play fair. Whether
strike out, makes a bad pass, or miss a goal in a game, it's OK. It's not with
getting upset over and losing focus that I also I relate on myself. Making
mistakes is part of the game and part of life. You learn from your mistakes so
that you don't make the same mistake twice, ideally. In the end of the sport
activities, sportsmanship is the name of game. If a players turn and misses,
Show some moral support. If the opposing teammates and play, a small clap
means a lot by each team. Recognizing your team and sending seasonal
greetings is always a nice gesture and acceptance for everyone. It's good
having an
Intramurals annually, I enjoyed watching different activities and see the
extravagant hidden talents of my classmates, schoolmates. It is more of the
most awaited event of the Intramurals wherein different students to their
different team really prepare to bring home the victory. Last day, this
occasion is not only to show how are individual perform as a player but also
how they work as a team, sportsmanship, discipline and how mature they
are as a person.
 Week 5
In week 5 my resource teacher was
Ms. Agonace the first day in the
morning we attended a flag
ceremony every Monday. After the
flag ceremony we went to ssg office
to aet things for class. While we
walked the way to the classroom all
the students greeted us "Good
morning, Miss" and when we arrived
at the classroom after we arrived
Ms. Agonace greeted a "Good
morning class" and the students
greeted back. Ms. Agonace before
she starts the class she check the
attendance first and
proceed to discussion. The topic that
she discussed it about the Risk
Management. During my teaching
practice, students taught me that
each one learns differently and has a
different capacity to process and
apply information. Therefore,
different activities and methods
should be used during class time
WEEK 6
In week 6 my resource teacher was
Ms. Cordova Grade 7 teacher in the
first day Ms. Cordova introduced
me in front of the students. They
greeted me "Good morning miss".
My heart rejoiced at what they said
and greeted them back. After
introducing myself, I sat in the back
to observe the class. Ms. Cordova
recalled the topic last week. She
continues the new topics. The class
so smooth and there are other
students who don't listen to the
teacher while teaching. There are
those who just play but Ms.
Cordova called the attention of the
students who were not focusing on
her class.
 VVeek 7
In week 7 my resource
teacher was Ms. Aganoce I ask
her if I can do demo to her
class, and she answer yes. It's
my first time to teach actual in
the front of the student. I was
nervous because it my first
time, but I have dream to
become a teacher, so I need to
face my fears. During my
discussion the students was
actively participate.
The students were to answer
the questions that I gave. Ms.
Agonace was happy to my
demo she said that you're a
good teacher someday
because you can handle the
students, they follow what you
are saying and they acti your
class.
 WEEK 8

In my week 8 my resource teacher was

Ms. Gawan grade 8 and grade 7
teacher. Ms. Gawan ask me if I will do
the review for the up coming test for
her student because she has a lot of
reports to make. The second day a
values activity all the students have
an activity that we prepare the 1st
game was sack race and the second
game was jumping rope the student
was every happy about on the activity.
The 3rd day Ms. Gawan ask me to
take over the class of
Ms. Cordova because she not around

the school,
 Week 9

n my week 9 my resource
teacher was Mr. Quidta. The
first day

Mr. Quidta ask me to check the

student if they practice of
their mass dance for high
school day and he said that I
need to check the attendance.
And the second day ask me to
encode the grade of her
student after I'm encoding
some students get a low grade
and others was drop because
they not go o school. In the
third day Mr. Quidta as me
again to check the student and
check attendance of the
student if they practice.
 WEEK 10
In week 10 my resource teacher was Ms.
Soberano. The 1st day Ms. Soberano was
not around because she has an important
meeting. She instructs me that to check the
attendance who was practice in mass dance
in upcoming high school day because that is
the big event of the school. 2nd day Ms.
Soberano was not around again because of
the meeting. She gave an assignment for
the student, and she ask me to check the
attendance. The 3rd was the values activity
we assist the student how to play and rules
of the games. The student was actively
participating in the activity that we made
for them they were happy to the games
that we did.
 In week 11 my resource teacher was Ms.
Agonace in the first day of the big event of
Ramon Torres Dulao National High School
everyone was busy for practice for their
mass dance also for the hip-hop
competition everybody was excited for the
big event. 2nd day we prepare the sash for
the judges, and we watch the bingo for the
students and parents they have a family
day. The 3rd day the program was start the
mass dance everyone was excited for the
performance of every grade level. Started in
1:00 pm followed the surprise contest. We
decorate the float of the muses. In the
evening event they asked for help
to assi for the campus queen
