Vietnamese Business English Teacher

** Teachers don’t need to prepare any exercises, lesson plans, teaching slides, tests,
activities, check attendance, etc. during the course. All of them will be carried out by our
R&D team and the teaching assistants who will support teachers inside and outside of
the class.
** Gaining experiences for those who want to accomplish a profile for teaching
Business English to adults and famous corporations.
** A permanent teaching job with diverse Business English courses at Optimus, not only
for this one but also for more classes since after 3 months for 1 course, they will level
up to continue their studying.

☘️ General Information
- Location: D1 Street, Tan Phu Ward, Thu Duc District, HCMC.
- Type of learner: adult
- Class size: 15 students
- Schedule: 10:00 - 11:45 AM on Mondays and Wednesdays
- Start date: 6th May 2024
- Course length: 46 hours

☘️ Responsibilities
- Delivering provided lessons to help groups of working people learn English effectively
- Enhancing Students' English language skills, focusing on written grammar, pronunciation,
enunciation, and correct syntax
- Providing feedback to students on their progress and offering suggestions for improvement
- Creating a positive and engaging learning environment that fosters student participation and
motivation
- Collaborating with foreign co-teacher and staff to develop and implement effective teaching
strategies
- Using technology and other resources to enhance instruction and student learning
- Staying up-to-date with current trends and developments in ESL teaching and incorporating
them into instruction

☘️ Requirements
- A clean criminal record
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field. TEFL/TESOL certification is a plus

- Experience in teaching English to adults at least 1 year

- Excellent command of the English language, including grammar, pronunciation, and syntax
- Creative and effective teaching skills to inspire learners to join in the lessons
- Close combination between theories and practice
- Adequate skills in presentation, giving instruction and transmission
- Being patient, friendly and reliable
- Maintain good relationships with learners

- Payment: 250k- 300k VND/hour
- Long-term contract with Optimus and opportunities to teach other English courses or at other
Business
- Training session (teaching skills, learners demands, etc.) given by R&D team
