medical and dental evaluation, strength and agility test at BJMP Regional Office, San Fernando,
La Union.

Please accept my sincere regrets for not being able to attend the Independence Day Celebration
held last June 12, 2023 sir. I am from Naguimba, Banayoyo sir and I only go home on weekends
due to the distance. I was not able to travel back early on June 12 sir due to the rainy season and
was not be able to make it on time for the program. It was already late when I reached my
boarding house in Paing, Bantay and my coworkers said that the program has already ended.

I humbly hope for your consideration regarding this matter sir and I assure you that I will do my
best to not repeat this error again.

Good day!

In connection with your Memorandum No. 176 dated June 16, 2023 which I received requiring
me to explain why I did not attend the celebration of the Philippine Independence Day on June
12, 2023 at 7:00 am. On that day sir, I travelled to the occasion from my home at Brgy. Bannuar,
San Juan using my motorcycle while already wearing my uniform. As I was on my way, it
suddenly rained somewhere at Brgy. Bacsil and I was forced to take shelter. Unfortunately the
rain continued for about an hour and when the rain eased up I called my coworker but he said
that the program has already ended. I no longer continued to the event and went home after the
rain totally stopped.

I sincerely hope for your understanding regarding this matter sir.
