Dear Ms. Santos:

Greetings!

First and foremost, I want to express my deepest gratitude for the opportunity that you have given me. I am
very honored and blessed to be part of your institution. The growth and career progress that your beloved
school has given me is indeed a blessing. But there will always be times when something or someone has to
say goodbye. I love what I’m doing. I love to teach and impart knowledge to others. I love to be inside the
four corners of every room, where I can show off how good I am in my chosen field. It is fun to be a teacher,
and I am glad to have become one. Your institution is good, and I am blessed and happy whenever I think
that I am part of it. But the thing is, it is not only happiness that matters. There is so much more to consider
aside from the term happiness.

There is no perfect institution. Everything and everyone have their own good and bad sides. You only need
to look for someone who will see the brightest side of yours, where your intention is not being
misinterpreted and your action will not be given the wrong definition. Before, it did not matter to me what
they wanted to say or think of me. But it is a tiring cycle.

Please allow me to seek out where I belong. Where my passion will keep on burning to ignite others feelings
without any misinterpretation. I can still remember your words telling me that everywhere is a green pasture,
you only need to see why it is green.

A year of experience is already a blessing to me. A lot of things happened that helped to forge me into who I
am now. I will never forget how good and happy I felt once I was part of your institution. My memories
together with all of you will be treasured and used as lessons.
