BORIVALI WEST Mumbai 400091, Maharashtra Whereas various documents need to be
executed and signed for the purpose of day-to-day operations of the firm.
I/We, hereby authorize/appoint .Darshak J Shah , Advocate for the purpose of filing new trade
mark applications, taking over pending applications (if any) and obtaining trademark
registrations, filing notices of opposition, application for rectifications, Copyright and Design
registration and making applications for obtaining Copyright NOC under the provisions of the
Trade Marks Act, 1999 and it represents us in all matters in connection therewith and to
maintain registrations in force & making applications for post registrations (if any) and also
authorize her to sign such papers and writing on our behalf and also to appoint substitute(s) as
may be necessary or expedient and request that al notices, requisitions and communications
relating thereto may be sent to our firm address as mentioned below.
I/We, hereby revoke all previous authorizations, if any, in respect of the proceeding. This Power
of Attorney is valid until the same is revoked by the firm.
I/We, hereby ratify and confirm the action/s already taken by the said person(s) by virtue of this
authorization.
