Sub: Leave Salary Request for Medical Treatment.

With all due respect, I have a leave of 42 days until the year 2023. Due to an
urgent requirement, I need a 30-day leave salary advance. The reason behind this is
that, due to my wife's health condition, we are planning to go to Chennai for better
treatment.

I spent all my savings on hospitalizations. Since I have no other option, I am

applying for a leave salary advance.
