What are their problems/burning pains/fears? 7. What would their worst nightmare be? 8. What are their hopes/dreams/goals? What do they really want for themselves? 9. What are the barriers standing in their way? What's stopping them from achieving those goals? 10. Tell me about their journey to this moment. How long have they had this problem? When did they start searching for a solution? What brought them to you? 11. Are they aware of any other solutions for the problem (competitors etc.)? 12. Is there anyone else other than the reader involved in the purchase decision? 13. Why should they trust you? 14. What is your/your company’s story/history? 15. What is your product’s Unique Selling Proposition? 16. What do previous customers say about the product? 17. Why do non-buyers say they didn’t buy?
