Tada on behalf of Shri Avadh Construction Co., (PAN No:AHFA0090P) the contractor who
wrote the provision, Age Approx 60 Years, Caste Hindu, Occupation:- Government
Contractor(Construction),Resident Address : 39-Ankur Society, Nanamvarod, Rajkot.

By this agreement I am writing that for the construction of a new high

school at TP 31, FP 31/4 in Ward No. 4 in Bhagvatipara area, the Rajkot Municipal
Corporation (PAN No.:AAALRO138G) advertised in the Newspaper and called for the
percentage rate tender price. In which the price of 16.02% lower than the price offered by us
has been approved by Standing Committee Resolution No. 248, dated 25/09/2020. To which
the Commissioner's administrative order outgoing no. 250, dated 26/09/2020 has been
approved. So I hereby oblige to do the above work at that price.

I am Natwarlal Mohanlal Tada writing on behalf of the contractor Shree

Avadh Construction Co. That the conditions ,understanding for this work we have taken into
consideration. Also, the amendments made by the construction branch or the officer from
time to time shall be binding on us.I have signed every page of these Terms of Work and this
Agreement.

According to this, if we make a mistake in the new building construction work or if

we fail to do the work, the municipality can do this work itself, at our expense and risk, with
another agency.I undersigned hereby acknowledge that any dispute arising in this regard
shall be held only in "Rajkot Jurisdiction".

For this work, the security deposit amount of Rs.96,91,292/- (in digits Rupees
ninety six lakhs ninety one thousand two hundred two) in the form of 5% of the estimate has
been deposited in the Punjab National Bank Rajkot Branch in the Rajkot Municipal
Corporation account in Bank Guarantee No. 05561ILG000220, dated 02/12/2020.

We have written this text with a calm mind, understanding, without any pressure,
with pure intelligence.
