This application is in regards to my interest in applying for the Dubai Business Associate
Program.

My name is Anusha Shinu and I currently reside in India (Maharashtra). Being brought up in a
small, middle-class family I have always valued my education and support from my parents, I
have always strived to gain a practical knowledge about my field by doing part time jobs. I am a
young student and business professional with 1 year of experience in business world who is
eager to learn and have extensive work experience through this program.

I have been a part of an international youth run organization for a period of one year which
helped me to learn more about Dubai cultural and professional diversity. I had conducted an
event called prism of possibilities during my graduation days, where we had invited and
interacted with many professionals working in Dubai. I got to know about this program from
them.
And therefore, my desire to learn about diverse cultures and work as a team despite the
differences is what motivates me to apply for this program.

As I learn more about Islamic businesses, I am struck by its deep commitment towards ESG
principles. I would love to contribute my visibility and skills towards the overall development of
Dubai. I can see myself working with Dubai economy and tourism, Dubai global holding and
Falcon. If given the opportunity, I assure you that you will find me to be a very hardworking and
result-oriented student who will create a high pillar of innovation and creativity on a solid
foundation of knowledge from your program and contribute towards the growth and development
of Dubai.
