12. The proceeds of the money raised by the Search for Mr. and Ms, Holychildian ’23 will be the Improvement
of Public CR, Water Fountain, and Sports Facilities.
13. The pictorial for the candidates of Mr. and Ms. Holychildian is scheduled for September 26, 2023.
14. The parents’ meeting of the candidates for the search will be on September 30, spearheaded by the Bec -
SVC Advisers at the computer laboratory at exactly 2:00 pm.
15. The second monthly exam will be on September 27-28, 2023 (update the students on their exam permits)
16. The checking of test questionnaires for the upcoming exam will be on September 25, 2023.
17. The borrowing of Sports equipment for the upcoming sports fest will be on September 21, 2023, through
sending a formal letter. (Ma’am Raulene was assigned to write the letter)
18. The deadline and submission of grades for all grade levels will be on November 6, 2023.
19. The assigned sponsor for the Wednesday Mass is the Grade 7- Saint Pedro Calungsod (assigned and
practiced the students for the readings)

• All classrooms should be locked during the event and no school property should be borrowed
unless permitted by the principal.
2. On the 15th day is the High Mass at 9 am, all faculty and staff should participate.
3. What to wear on day 14th and 15th: Sinulog Shirt and Maroon Fiesta Day.
4. The school will be the parking area for the priests during the fiesta.
