Topic 1: Describe your activities during a screen-free week

Hello teachers and everyone. My full name is Nguyen Nha Ca. I am 20 years
old and majoring in Graphic Design at FPT Polytechnic. Today, I want to
talk about my activities during a screen-free week.

First, I will talk about screen-free week. During the week, I spend hours in
front of the screen because I need to work, study, and watch movies. I think I
need a week to reduce stress and relax more. During a week without a
screen, the activities I can think of are playing badminton, reading books,
and meeting friends.

Secondly, I would like to talk about activities that I do during a screen-free

week.

The first activity I chose was badminton. That is an outdoor activity and
takes place in the badminton yard. Afternoon is the best time to play
badminton. I play together with my friends. I usually play four times a week.

Next, the second activity I chose was to meet friends. I like outdoor cafes.
The evening is the ideal time to meet friends. My friend and I drank coffee
together and talked to each other. If my friend and I have time we will meet.

Finally, I would like to talk about my feelings. I like meeting friends the most
because it's where I can laugh and share everything with my friends. The
activity I find most necessary is badminton, it helps me maintain my health. I
think it's important that in the future I reduce screen time for my health and
have more time with friends and family.

In conclusion, doing these activities during my screen-free week brings me a

lot of joy. It makes me happy. That's the end of my talk. Thank you for your

Hello teachers and everyone. My full name is Nguyen Nha Ca. I am 20 years
old and majoring in Graphic Design at FPT Polytechnic. Today, I want to
talk about my dream job.

First, I want to talk about my dream job. My dream job is a designer. I work
in my office from nine to five. I'm not wearing a uniform. Designers can
work with many people. My job is to design posters and banners. My
workplace is silent and comfortable.

Next, I want to talk about why I like this job.

I like this job because it's not boring. The good thing about this job is that it
gives me creativity and fun. What I like most is creativity because it
expresses ideas and turns them into reality through designs. The bad thing
about my job is that too much screen time is bad for the eyes.

Finally, I want to talk about my educational goals.

My current major matches my dream job because it helps me have the

necessary skills. To get my dream job, I majored and got the necessary
certification.

In conclusion, getting my dream job means a lot to me. I’m excited to learn
and work for it.

Hello teachers and everyone. My full name is Nguyen Nha Ca. I am 20 years
old, and studying graphic design at FPT Polytechnic. Today I want to talk
about my favorite location.

First of all, I want to share with you about some locations in my city.

I live in Ho Chi Minh City. That is a big city. There are many good things in
my city. People often go to cafes after working hours because they need to
add their one-day energy. My favorite place in the city is a cafe. It is famous
for being coffee and delicious drinks. It lies on To Ky Street near my school.

Secondly, I would like to talk about my favorite place.

From my house to the shop is 2km by motorbike and only takes nearly 10
minutes to arrive. I often go there on weekends or have an appointment with
my friends. It looks cozy and comfortable. I like it. I can see the shop menu
clearly and have different types of water. At the cafe can listen to music, read
books, and relax to enjoy delicious water. I can eat some cakes and drink
anything on the menu. This is a suitable place for family and friends to hang
out in my city. That location is quite attractive to many customers.

Finally, I want to describe my experience of that place

I often go there by motorbike with my friends. I like space and drinks here.
They are very delicious. There is nothing I don't like here. I will introduce
this place to more people like family and friends.

In conclusion, I usually go to coffee because it is an ideal place for me to

relax.

Hello teachers and everyone. My full name is Nguyen Nha Ca. I am 20 years
old, and studying graphic design at FPT Polytechnic. Today, I want to talk
about my forms of entertainment in the present and the past.

First of all, I want to share with you about forms of entertainment

There are many types of entertainment such as a TV show, an exhibition, or

a concert. They are actors, artists, and singers dedicated to their careers. I
like a reality TV show because it's fun and gives me a feeling of love, slowing
down the pace of life.

Secondly, I would like to talk about the change between my forms of

entertainment now and in the past

In the present,

In my free time, I watch TV shows and listen to music. My favorite show is

China's Back to Field. I watched the show on YouTube and I watched it
alone. The program's content is to stay in a small house in the countryside
for some time and do activities related to that countryside to promote. A
good and meaningful program. I like the events and activities that the
program wants to bring to everyone to promote a certain area. The program
has great outdoor and indoor activities so I like them all.

In the past,

When I was ten years old, technology was not as developed as it is today. The
way I entertain myself is to watch cartoons at a fixed time on the TV screen
or buy CDs to watch. The show I like to watch is Tom & Jerry. The animated
film shaped the childhood of so many people. I watched it with my friends
from the same neighborhood at that time.

Finally, I would like to give my opinion about the changes in forms of

entertainment.

I don't think my changes are bad. These changes are adaptations over the
years. Because the older you get, the times and thoughts are different from
when you were a child. If I have time, I also want to try many other forms of

In conclusion, I would say that entertainment plays an important role in my
