trouble.
(2) The performance is poor and not expected to improve.
(3) There are some unavoidable grounds related to management. However, in this case, we
shall gain agreement with the labor union of Seirei Social Welfare Community.

held by the corporation for learning knowledge needed for life and manners at work (the salary
for the day the candidate takes off to attend the training will still be paid, and there is no
charge for the training).
(2) The candidate can attend trainings held by the corporation on communication for teamwork
(the salary for the day the candidate takes off to attend the training will still be paid, and
there is no charge for the training).
(3) We provide the end of year and the begining of year allowance (if eployee worked between
29th December and 3rd January. However, in case of striking decline in the business or any

(4) The additional amount for specific treatment improvement is paid with the April bonus.

☑ Jilbab can be worn while working


(1) Seirei Welfare Corporation is one of the largest social welfare corporation in Japan which
was set up in 1930. It operates 213 facilities (as of April, 2023) in Japan that provide
medical, healthcare, welfare and care services.
(2) The welfare and benefit for the staff are well developed. The staff has mutual aid
association, and subsidies are available for supporting individual payment for medical
treatment at designated hospitals, and for movies and trips.
(3) The corporation has its training center, arranges for trainings for the staff very often,
and makes every effort in developing human resources.
(4) We have several foreign staff, including but not limited to EPA staff, working at the
corporation. The corporation as a whole has accepted 130 EPA workers from the Philippines and
Indonesia, and 71.1% of them obtained national qualification for careworker (as of April 2023).
(5) Documents required for employment are available in Indonesian or easy Japanese.
(6) We have a worker who is able to talk in Indonesian at the HQ of corporation and is closely
connected to the facilities.
