This is to inform to all the MBA course students of the university (Passing out in 2024) that Light
Finance- is hiring "Management Trainee" and University Placement Cell is organizing placement drive
for the same. The details of the post are given below:

Job Profile :Management Trainee
Education Qualification :MBA (Marketing/ Finance) along withat least 50% marks in graduation.
Package : INR 20,000/-Per month (Upon successful completion of 6months training.
the CTC would be NR 3.5 Lac*petrol allowance and other attractive
incentives.)
Location : Eastern Uttar Pradesh and the Northern Bihar Regions

Job Title: Management Trainee


Department: Business
Location: Eastern Uttar Pradesh and the Northern Bihar Regions.
Key Responsibilities:
"Lead and manage the branch team to achieve sales targets, operational goals, and credit objectives.
"Evaluate credit applications and make informed decisions on loan approvals or rejections.
"Conduct thorough credit assessments, including analyzing financialstatements, credit reports, and
other relevant information.
"Assess the risk associated with each credit application and recommend appropriate risk mitigation
measures.
"Ensure compliance with lending policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
" Monitor branch performance and financial results, and take corrective action as needed.
"Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages teamwork and high
performance.
. Provide eadership and guidance to staff, including training. coaching, and performance
management.
. Build and maintain relationships with customers, vendors, dealers, and other stakeholders.
.Collaborate with other departments, such as sales. operations, and risk management, to achieve
business objectives.
.Stay informed about market trends. industry devclopments, and regulatory changes affecting the
banking and credit landscape.
" Prepare and present reports on branch performance, credit portfolio quality, market trends, and
other relevant topics to senior management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Master's/ PGDM degree in business administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
. Scored 50% in Graduation incase of pursuing MBA.
"Excellent communication. problem-solving, analytical. and interpersonal skills.
" Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Salary:
Salary for Management Trainee: INR 20,000/- per month CTC for initial 6 months.

Upon the successful culmination of the 6-month Management Trainee (MT) program, a thorough
evaluation will be carried out by both the Head of the Department and the Chief Human Resources Oficer.
After this evaluation, MTs exhibiting exemplary performance will be eligible for redesignation as Branch
Manager or Branch Credit Manager, with an anticipated Annual Cost to Company ranging from INR 3.5
Lac + petrol allowance, along with attractive incentives. This step reflects our commitment to
