Item Issues

1.1.0 Introductions

Mr Ngunga as the chairperson introduced himself and Mr Karonga. Eng. Makwiranzou

introduced himself, Eng Nemasasi and Mrs Chakanyuka.

1.2.0 The Scope of the Project is :

 To assess the current working lift since it is producing some noise
 Supervise the installation of the new lift.
 Supervise the refurbishment of the third lift
NB.
1.3.0  The current service provider is Clovgate Lifts Pvt (Ltd).
 The new lift equipment is expected on the 30th of June 2016 from Motion
Control- United States of America.
 Clovgate Lifts is expected to start work on the 15th of July.
 There is also another lift which is not working which can be considered later.

Client
 The Client (CIPF) will write a letter of appointment to the Engineer (CNM-YBJ
Consulting Engineers)
 The Client will advise Covgate Lifts that it engaged CNM-YBJ as the
1.4.0 consultants.
 The Client to copy to the Engineer this letter of advice.

Any other business

The client will also consider refurbishment of lifts in their Bulawayo buildings.
