Welcome to the opening kickoff of our 2023 Season!

The long-anticipated wait for “Week 0” is over, and the beginning of our 2023 Football
season is upon us! I want to thank you for all the great pre-season effort in terms of
rules study, mechanics work, and video observation. Let’s go make all our
preparations pay off as we work our first set of games.

I want to remind you and encourage you to live up to our new “One CFO” standard.
It is so important for us to deliver consistency in terms of rules interpretations,
mechanics, and officiating standards (philosophies). It is a national game, and our
players and coaches deserve uniformity in all competitions. Let’s work to make this
happen.

Finally, I appreciate the smooth transition to RQ+ as the host of our CFO site. It is a
great platform for our growth, and I appreciate all the feedback. Each week, in season,
we will be posting a rules quiz and a training video, and I hope you take full advantage
of these tools. Based on your input, you will now be able to download posted videos
from RQ+ directly in a very easy and straightforward way (at the bottom right-hand
corner of each CFO video are “3 dots”. Click on these dots and select “Download
Video”). Remember, these videos are for our use and not for public distribution, but
now having the download option, it will enhance our training and preparation. Please
keep the feedback coming.
